  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking information for your convenience.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order. Our options include:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional fees apply).

Note: Delivery estimates are based on the information provided by our shipping carriers. Unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. Qualifying orders will automatically have free shipping applied at checkout.

4. International Shipping

Currently, CorNell Designs only ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at we.create@cornelldesigns.net.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

7. Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. CorNell Designs is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at we.create@cornelldesigns.net, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
