1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on customized items, final sale items, or items marked as non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
